Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• for services/digital content: of the conclusion of the contract;
• for the purchase of goods: on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For the purchase of goods, we may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance.
